“I had a great experience with 3kToGo. They repaired my bike quickly and did an excellent job. The bike rides like new again, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend 3kToGo to anyone who needs bike repairs. Thank you for the amazing service!”

“I called for a motor connection issue with my e-bike and the 3ktogo van was at my driveway in under an hour. I'm a first time ebike user and Agustín was very helpful and patient, he answered my questions with break downs that were very easy to understand which I was grateful for since my last experience with an ebike repair shop had been confusing, unpleasant and even patronizing on the shop owner's end. Overall a swift service and Agustín had my bike in better condition than when I first bought it, will definitely be a return customer!”

“Amazing service! Kind, respectful, extremely professional, and knowledgeable-in all areas of the E Bike world! Convenient, (Which I appreciate as a single Mom), took extra time to make sure all aspects of bike were safe and in working order. I won’t use anyone else!”

“Recently my daughter's brakes were not working and wouldn't stop in time. It was dangerous for her to ride like that. So we called Agustin, he came all the way to Lake Forest. The service was quick and amazing. He explained what had happen and he fixed it right away. Even installed some parts of the bike we had recently bought too. My daughter's brakes feel like new and working again. You can tell he knows how to do his job well and cares about his job. Great experience and would definitely recommend him. Thank you so much Agustin! Appreciate it a lot!”

“These guys are the best! Made my bike look and run as if it was brand new. Also, got the job done and delivered to my front door within 48hrs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in OC!”

“Great same day service! Have used them several times and it’s always a good experience. Highly recommend!!”

“Augustin and 3KtoGo are the best at what they do. An avid cyclist himself, his expertise and experience were obvious immediately after I met him. He delivered my bike on time as promised and took every step in securing and transporting properly. If you want the best, call the best. He’s timely in his communication and clear on the service he performs even provided me photos during the service process. Highly recommend him for your cycling needs.”
