I called for a motor connection issue with my e-bike and the 3ktogo van was at my driveway in under an hour. I'm a first time ebike user and Agustín was very helpful and patient, he answered my questions with break downs that were very easy to understand which I was grateful for since my last experience with an ebike repair shop had been confusing, unpleasant and even patronizing on the shop owner's end.
