Replace Your Ride is a South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) program. If you live in Southern California, you could be eligible to receive up to $12,000 if you replace your ride. The program is limited to vehicle owners residing in the jurisdiction of the South Coast AQMD who meet the income and vehicle requirements.

Yes! Every bike we deliver is fully assembled by our professional team and arrives ready to ride. We also include a 20-minute hands-on tutorial when we deliver to your door.

What's included in a Replace Your Ride bundle?

Each bundle includes an e-bike and helmet plus taxes (retail value), full assembly of your e-bike ($165 value), front-door delivery ($250 value), and a 20-minute hands-on tutorial upon delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for e-bike purchases within Orange County. For deliveries outside Orange County, standard e-bike delivery starts at $150 and cargo/oversized bikes start at $300. Pricing varies by size, weight, and distance. Call us for a custom quote.

What brands do you carry?

We carry Rad Power Bikes, Cyberbike, and HAOQI. Our selection includes folding, commuter, cargo, fat tire, lightweight, and off-road e-bikes. All bikes are subject to availability.

Yes! 3KtoGO is a participating retailer for the Replace Your Ride program. We offer e-bike bundles with everything you need from participating manufacturers. Just select your bundle, and we handle the rest.

Do you offer repair services?

Yes, we offer mobile e-bike repair services currently serving Orange County. The service fee includes on-site basic repairs. If more complex work is needed, the fee covers pickup and return to our secure Costa Mesa repair facility. Parts and labor are not included.
