The Himiway D5 2.0 is a full-suspension fat tire e-bike with a 750W rear hub motor (1300W peak) and 90 Nm of torque. A 720Wh battery covers up to 70 miles with pedal assist, and hydraulic disc brakes do the stopping. Pick a step-over or step-thru frame on 26" wheels, or the 20" step-thru, to fit riders from 4'11" to 6'5".
